Shelby Moench is the director of the Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) at Intermountain Healthcare, a not-for-profit healthcare system based in Salt Lake City, Utah. She oversees all elements of the HRPP, including the Institutional Review Board, Research Conflict of Interest, and Research Integrity offices at Intermountain. She has been working in the human subjects protection field for 14 years. Shelby has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science and a Master's of Legal Studies from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.
