Kristen Connal is a Research Compliance and Quality Analyst at The Fenway Institute (TFI) at Fenway Community Health. In this role, she is responsible for many of TFI’s internal monitoring activities, collaborating with researchers on quality management efforts, and providing related training programs and workshops. She is a member of Harvard Catalyst’s subcommittee on Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement. Kristen’s focus is on creating a culture of compliance by identifying quality improvement opportunities, encouraging open communication, developing thoughtful guidance, and making compliance easy with functional quality management tools.
