Michael Leary, PhD CIP

Michael Leary (PhD CIP) is the Assistant Vice President for Research & Compliance at Lindenwood University, overseeing all university research compliance and research development functions. Michael specializes in piloting collaborative and cost-effective enhancements for University research ethics and compliance programs and is co-director of the Research, Innovation, and Partnership Lab (RIPL). Prior to Lindenwood University, he was Education & Compliance Specialist in the Human Research Protection Office at Washington University of St. Louis. Since 2012, Michael Leary has been the host of More Than Meets the IRB, a podcast about research and ethics produced in partnership with PRIM&R and Washington University in St. Louis.
