Mikaela Myers is the IRB Reliance Administrator at Harvard University Area IRB (HUA-IRB). Mikaela worked as a research coordinator in a social psychology and education lab before entering the IRB world as an IRB reviewer four years ago. In addition to her being her office's reliance coordinator, an IRB reviewer, and QA/QI specialist, Mikaela is pursuing a Master's in psychology from the Harvard Extension School. Mikaela is passionate about the compliance world, and has a particular interest in outreach and education.
