Paul Lees

Lieutenant commander Paul Lees has been with the Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP) for four years as a compliance analyst. Previous to this, he was a compliance analyst for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for five years. Before joining United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, LCDR Lees operated as research assistant, and then a research associate, at Oregon Health & Science University. He has eleven (11) years of experience as an IRB member on Department of Defense and civilian IRB’s.
