This workshop will offer an introduction to the ethical and regulatory fundamentals of IRB review for new IRB members, early career IRB administrators, and investigators. The program will include an overview of practical applications of the core ethical principles to IRB work and an orientation to the regulations and available resources. This workshop will allow those new to the field to build a foundation in the effective review of human subjects research.
